Finder’s Fee Paid to Non-Employees
Non-Employee Candidate Referral Finder’s Fee. SoundWay will pay YOU a $2000 Finder’s Fee if we hire someone you refer to SoundWay. SoundWay believes candidate referrals make the best new hires, and the Finder’s Fee is our way to thank non-employees if we hire someone they recommend. You qualify for the $2000 Finder’s Fee if: (i) you’re not a SoundWay employee, (ii) no other source submitted your referral to SoundWay within the 12 months prior to your submission, (iii) your referral is hired by SoundWay and remains continuously employed by SoundWay for 90 days, and (iv) your referral includes your name, phone number and email address, and your referral’s current resume, phone number and email address.
Submitting a Referral is Easy. You can either (1) submit your referral’s resume directly against one of SoundWay’s current career opportunities by clicking on the APPLY NOW button in the job opening, following the submission prompts, and entering your contact information in the SOURCE fields, or (2) email your referral’s resume and your contact information to Recruiting@SoundWayConsulting.com with the words “FINDER’S FEE” and the referral’s FIRST & LAST NAME in the email SUBJECT line.
